Touring gloves are motorcycle gloves that are designed for long rides on the motorcycle. During a motorcycle tour, you usually ride through several climate zones, which means that touring gloves should be comfortable to wear at temperatures between 10 and 30 degrees and as wind- and water-repellent as possible. Gore-Tex is breathable, i.e. the rider does not get sweaty hands even at higher temperatures and feels comfortable even after a long ride, wind-repellent membranes keep out the wind at colder temperatures. Good touring gloves are additionally characterized by reinforcements in places at risk of falling, such as knuckles and the ball of the hand.
